    331 Sound, Inc. Completes Construction!

    Our new facility located in Northridge, CA was completed in November 2021 and boasts an 880 square foot stage and 225 square foot control room. We have worked closely with high end acoustic designers to create an environment that looks and sounds great.

    The Talent

    331 Sound, Inc.

    The principles behind 331 Sound are John Sanacore and Rick Owens. Combined, they have over 50 years of experience in bringing Foley to life for Feature Films, Television and Animation

    John Sanacore

    John is our mixer and brings high quality skills to the position. He has a great ear for detailed sounds and always records the cleanest tracks possible. He has also filled the role as Supervising Foley Editor and still serves in that capacity as needed. John is the main client interface for deliverables and technical questions.

    Rick Owens

    Rick has been a Foley Artist since the early 90's. He is passionate about the creative process and works hard to bring performance and character to the projects. He also drives a beautifully restored 1963 Ford Falcon on his days off!
